I have over 30 years years of K-12 experience and passion for educational innovation. My career has been dedicated to building dynamic connections that propel my partners to the forefront of education. With a creative mindset and collaborative spirit, I thrive on
helping partners find innovative ways to engage students and teachers. My experience supporting educators and administrators all over the country fueled a passion for empowering educators and cultivating systems that allow them to grow and thrive. I earned my Doctor of Education in Teacher Leadership from Kennesaw State University, underscoring my commitment to innovation and excellence in education.

I am a dedicated STEM education consultant with extensive experience driving impactful, future-focused STEM learning initiatives. As a leader in STEM program development for the 23rd largest school district in the U.S., I played a pivotal role in creating thriving, self-sustaining STEM ecosystems that continue to benefit students and educators.
In my current work with FTW Robotics, I support national partnerships, curriculum development, educator training, and large-scale drone education initiatives that connect K–12 students to emerging workforce pathways. My efforts focus on expanding access to hands-on robotics and drone experiences through programs, certifications, and community-based STEM engagement.
My expertise extends beyond K-12 education through collaborations with organizations such as the National Science Teachers Association, United Way, Underwriters Laboratories, and the Smithsonian, contributing to publications, research, and nationwide initiatives. In addition to my consulting work, I serve on several boards, including the Georgia Aquarium, Kennesaw State University, Cobb Schools Foundation, and Underwriters Laboratories’ Office of Educational Outreach and Engagement.

With decades of leadership as Director of the Georgia Elementary Science Olympiad and Awards Chair for the Georgia Science Teachers Association, I am deeply committed to advancing science and STEM education. My passion lies in building meaningful partnerships, fostering literacy, enhancing school culture, and driving equitable access to STEM opportunities.
I am dedicated to championing equity in STEM education, empowering students—particularly young women and underrepresented groups—to explore these fields with confidence and ambition. My vision is a future where every student sees themselves as a capable and vital contributor to the ever-evolving world of science and technology.
